Questions I get asked

Do you take contract and consulting work?

Yes, for select projects. I work remotely from India with companies anywhere, and I say plainly in the first conversation whether a piece of work is something I should be doing.

Are you available for a full-time role?

I am a Software Engineer II at Limendo India and open to senior Frappe and ERPNext roles as well as contracts. Either conversation is worth having.

What does a project cost?

The first conversation is not about budget. You describe what is slow, manual or fragile; I ask questions and then put scope in writing: what changes, what does not, how we will know it worked, and what I need from you. Price follows that scope, not the other way round.

Which time zones do you work across?

I am in India on IST. The Gulf is a ninety-minute shift, and I have worked day to day with an Italian head office, so European hours are normal. US mornings I cover by arrangement. Overlap is agreed before the work starts, not assumed.

Can you work on a system we already have in production?

That is most of what I do. I read the existing system and trace the real flow before touching code, work happens on a staging copy you review, and nothing writes to production without an approval gate and a tested rollback.

Do you use AI to write the code?

Claude Code, Copilot and Cursor write a lot of the first draft, and that is a large part of why delivery is fast. Every line still passes a review, a test and a security check before it ships.
