ERPNext implementation and setup

A production-ready ERPNext on AWS, GCP, Azure or your own servers, configured for how your business actually runs: companies, warehouses, workflows, print formats and users.

What this covers

  • Hosting on AWS, GCP, Azure or your own servers
  • Companies, warehouses and users set up the way you operate
  • Workflows and approvals
  • Print formats and documents
  • Imports rehearsed on a copy of the site and validated before go-live

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

    A first conversation

You describe what is slow, manual or fragile. I ask questions, not for a budget, and say plainly whether it is work I should do.

  2. 02

    Scope in writing

What changes, what does not, how we will know it worked, and what I need from you: access, a copy of the site, a person who knows the process.

  3. 03

    Build on a copy

Work happens on a staging copy of your site. You review it there before anything touches production.

  4. 04

    Go-live with a gate

Releases and migrations follow a rehearsed plan with a tested rollback. Nothing writes to production without approval.

  5. 05

    After go-live

Fixes, monitoring and upgrades under support and maintenance, if you want them.

Questions I get asked

Cloud or our own servers?
Either. AWS, GCP, Azure or your own servers get the same production-ready baseline: two application servers where uptime matters, a primary database with a replica, monitoring and hardening from day one.
What do you need from us to start?
Someone who knows how orders, stock and invoices actually move today, and access to the current system or its exports. I read the existing process before configuring anything.
Do you stay after go-live?
Yes, under support and maintenance: bug fixes, performance work, upgrades and proactive monitoring for the system once it is in production.
